All appointments must be booked in advance.
A non‑refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your treatment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be considered as a no show and will need to rebook and pay in full.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No‑shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost before any future bookings can be made.
Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.
Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.
Payments can be made via card or cash.

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any tinting, lifting, or lamination treatment.
If you decline a patch test, the treatment cannot go ahead.
With your consent, photos may be taken before and after your treatment for portfolio and social media use.
